Delivery Lead Times

Any lead times featured throughout our site are estimated. Please contact us for more details on product lead times.

Delivery Charges

The majority of the products on the site include delivery to the UK mainland, however, deliveries to Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Shetland Islands etc, will incur additional charges which we will confirm with you following placement of order. Should you require delivery information prior to placing an order, please contact us on 01527 527 411.

Returns of Incorrect Items

Please make sure you check the specification of products before you order them. If you are unsure of your exact requirements, please contact us and we will be happy to assist. In the event you order an incorrect item please notify us immediately.

Returned units must be unused and within the original packaging. You must pay all transport costs and stocking fees of 20% or 35% may apply.

Returns of Damaged/Faulty Goods

The majority of our products are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty which covers faulty equipment caused by the manufacturer. This warranty does not cover general wear and tear, misuse or damage due to customer negligence.

If a product was to arrive faulty or damaged, please contact us on 01527 527 411 within 7 working days, quoting your order number.

We will then discuss the order with you and depending on the product and circumstances, arrange collection or an engineer visit. If returned, the product must be in the original packaging to avoid any further damage. Before honouring any warranty, the product will need to be checked before we issue a refund, repair or replacement.
